Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a valid return.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
